AirDNA Report provided to the TDA

At the August 2017 TDA meeting, a report was presented that contained information on AirBnB stays in Asheville and Buncombe County. This information was provided by a company named AirDNA.

Ideally, I would like to request all information (data and reports) provided to the TDA by AirDNA. I understand there can be licensing restrictions on these types of reports, but, at a minimum, I believe the information presented in a public TDA meeting should be considered a public record. If there is a licensing restriction that impacts the information that can be shared, I would like to request a copy of that agreement as well.
