Editor’s Note 01/23/20: We’ve discovered that we did not update or change the status of the above request at the time of the City of Asheville’s reply to us in July, 2018. The City did provide the responsive records to Sunshine Request on 07/20/2018. We apologize to the sender for not posting the City’s update back in 2018, and for not catching this mistake sooner.

**Editor’s Note: We would also like to clarify that the request was initially sent in on June 21st, so when the requester states “earlier this week” it should refer to the week of June 18th.
