(April 2021) Request Buncombe County, NC Schools: All emails relating in any way to Buncombe County Schools closures and reopening due to the COVID-19 Pandemic 03/01/2020-04/09/2021

Hello Buncombe County, NC Schools (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part, public records request for the following information:

Please provide copies of all email correspondence that relates in any way to Buncombe County Schools' school closures and reopening due to the COVID-19 pandemic from March 01, 2020, to April 09, 2021, that were sent to and/or from the following individuals or forwarded to/from the following individuals. I believe all of these individuals have email addresses that are maintained and managed by Buncombe County Schools:

Each request should also include all attachments (pdfs, files, videos, hyperlinks, photos, etc), and forwards that are indicated within the responsive records. [For example: A .pdf that is an attachment within an email, should also be provided as a document along with the responsive emails].

Please include all of those additional documents where applicable, as relates to the requested information above.

If the records are ultimately too large to send via emailed file share, I'd ask that you please create a public Google Drive folder / link or some other file format to transfer the files.

    We cannot commit to covering any fees / associated costs related to any requests on our site. We will note the information you’ve provided for the original requestor, should they decide to pursue the request directly with your office.

     

    However, we would like to ask for our future reference that you please let us know any specific parameters that would be helpful to note in order to “narrow” the scope of the request. We’ll note that information on our site as well.
