(April 2021) Request for Asheville, NC Police Department emails between employees and 3rd parties 03/01/21 – 03/31/21

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (and APD),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

Please provide any and all email correspondence between APD employees Joel Silberman and Sean Ardema that occurred between March 1st 2021 and March 31st, 2021. This should also include any and all emails between the two, which were then forwarded to a 3rd party as well.
