04/24/19 Editor’s Note to sender:
This line – “Please include the original cost estimate, the amount funded by Panthers grant, and the amount funded by tax dollars. Dates provided assume all project costs occurred in that time period. If those dates are inaccurate, it is requested the government entity adjust fulfilling request so all costs for the referenced project are included.”
As it is written, it is not clear what is being requested in the last sentence, and we are unsure what dates are being referenced. If you’d like to submit a new request, rewritten to include the time period or a specific date range of information you’d like to be included in the request, please do so.
We’ve done our best to interpret what the sender may have likely meant when writing about the dates. The request we send to SMHS this week will be as follows:
Subject: Artificial surface Smoky Mountain High School
Message: ” I’d like to know:What is the total construction costs for the installation of artificial playing surface at Smoky Mountain High School? Please include the original cost estimate, the amount funded by Panthers grant, and the amount funded by tax dollars.
There are no specific dates included in the request – Please provide all project costs and responsive records that may have occurred from the inception of the project through the time that this query is performed.
Thank you for your assistance!”
