(August 2019) Public records request for Rockingham County, NC Sheriff Dept. drug arrests

Hi Rockingham County Sheriff's Office,

I would like to make a public records request to Rockingham County, NC to obtain information related to illicit drug use and arrests.

Specifically, I'd like to know all arrests related to illegal drug possession, distribution, and maintain home to sell control substance. Ideally, information mainly on opioids, heroin, Crystal meth, and cocaine use and possession.

I'd like to request the information for calendar dates 01/01/2019 through 08/08/2019.

I would appreciate this very much! Thank you for your assistance!

    In response to your request, our records show the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 82 individuals during the time period you indicated for drug related offenses. Our computer records system does not break down the count by specific drugs.
