(August 2019) Request for City of Asheville Employee conduct policies
Hello City of Asheville,
I would like to request the City of Asheville’s policy on employee conduct / misconduct and internal investigations.
Policies specifically addressing employees who have been charged with a criminal offense, who have a 50B taken out on them (and how it affects their job when serving the public as a first responder), and the protocol for an employee’s criminal conviction. Any information pertinent to these topics would be greatly appreciated.
This timeline for this information should apply to January 01, 2019 - Dec. 31, 2019.
Thank you for your assistance!
