McDowell County Sheriff's Office, Marion Police Department, and Old Fort Police Department,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

Could you please provide your department's statistics for calendar year 2018, broken into the following sections:

1. Homicide
2. Rape
3. Robbery
4. Aggravated assault
5. Arson
6. Burglary
7. Larceny theft
8. Motor vehicle theft.

Please utilize the FBI UCR/NIBRS reporting system definitions for each category requested.
