(August 2020) Request for Asheville Council Members’ individual nominations for City Council applicant interviews

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information related to the live-streamed 08/25/20 Asheville City Council virtual meeting:

I believe that during the broadcast the Mayor indicated that as part of the process to fill the current City Council seat vacancy, each Council member provided the names of two applicants to the City Clerk, who then produced a list of 6 individuals who had been nominated by at least one member of Council to be interviewed.

I would like to request a copy of all documents or records indicating the two nominations made by each individual member of City Council for the current Council vacancy.
