I'd like to make a public records request for the following information. Please provide any responsive records as of 08/06/20 (or the date the query is run):

1) Please provide all documents describing any equipment sharing agreements between the Asheville Police Department and Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office.

2) Please provide all documents describing any equipment sharing agreements between the Asheville Police Department and any other law enforcement agencies.

    Hi Sunshine Requests,

     

    The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office does not have any equipment sharing agreements with other law enforcement agencies including APD as of 9/28/2020 and we did not have any contracts on 8/6/2020 or during the interim period.

     

    But, of course, we would respond to mutual aid requests from other law enforcement or first responder agencies.
