(August 2020) Request for Asheville, NC Police Department “Inventory of Less Lethal Weapons” as of 05/03/20

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (and APD),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

I acknowledge that this request is similar to one submitted on 06/25/20, which is currently "Open" and is being processed via Sunshine Request (https://www.sunshinerequest.com/records_request/june-2020-request-for-city-of-asheville-nc-police-department-inventory-of-less-lethal-weapons/).

I'd to make a new request, however, for this same inventory information - But, in this case, I would like to request the info as it existed on May 3rd, 2020:

Please provide a copy of documents that list "all department approved less lethal weapon specifications as well as a complete inventory of all less-lethal weapons issued for official use by officers."

This inventory is maintained by the Logistics unit under APD Policy 403.8:

C. The Logistics Unit will maintain a listing of all department approved less lethal weapon specifications as well as a complete inventory of all less-lethal weapons issued for official use by officers. [4.3.1 e]
