Hello Jackson County, NC Government,
I’d like to make a a public records request for the following information:
Please provide all communications sent to or from all County Commissioners, as well as any other County Departments / Staff, in regards to the Confederate Monument located at the Courthouse in Sylva, NC. Please provide any responsive records during the time period of 07/01/20 - 07/31/20.

Once extracted, click on the folder and then you will see the following:
image.png Then you will need to execute the mboxview.exe and then through the mboxview program – you need to select the folder to open and the files are in the each folder if they were located.

Thank you for sending this over! We’re having difficulty downloading the files you sent over. It’s giving us a “403 Error” and saying we don’t have access to the files. Could you please try resending?
Also, in regard to your suggestion about file transfers, we’ll consider looking into this in the future if we think it’s something we may want to feature on our site! Whenever we receive files from government entities we always download them, and upload them on our site so that a permanent copy lives there. Additionally, we always need to review any files before they are posted publicly on our site and that’d be harder to do with a direct file transfer feature on our site.
We appreciate all your help!

Please let me know when the file has been downloaded from Google Drive. Have you considered adding an upload link on your website for file transfers?
