Please reply promptly to the following public records request, which is being made in accordance with NC Public Records Law.

** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I am NOT asking to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain a printed copy of, these electronic records. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via an electronic medium / format (in which the copy of these records should already exist).

I do not have any further clarifying info I wish to provide to narrow this request. If the request is unclear, or if you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of the request, then please specifically cite where a reason for its denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **

This is a multi-part request related to the Town of Cornelius, NC Police Uniform Request for Proposal(s) [RFPs] / Winning Contract(s) from January 2016 to July 2023. Please provide each of the following in regard to RFP documents for police uniforms, and their associated winning contracts:

1) All RFP documents, during the time period of 01/01/2016 - 07/31/2023:

A. The electronic copy of all Request for Proposal(s) [RFPs] dated from 01/01/16 - 07/31/23 that were issued by the Police Department for the procurement of police uniforms. Please include all accompanying documents, specifications, and requirements mentioned in the RFP.

B. The electronic copy of any addendums, amendments, or clarifications made to the RFP(s) during the evaluation process.

C. The timeline and deadlines associated with the RFP(s), including the date the RFP was issued, the deadline for submission of proposals, and any subsequent milestones or decision dates.

2) All Winning Contracts from aforementioned RFP(s), during the time period of 01/01/2016 - 07/31/2023:

A. The electronic copy of the contract awarded to the winning bidder(s) for the provision of the aforementioned police uniforms as a result of the aforementioned RFP(s). Please provide the completed contract(s), including all attachments, exhibits, terms, and conditions.

B. Any additional documents related to the contract, such as negotiated pricing, delivery schedules, and performance requirements.

C. The following info related to the winning bid and contract at the time of award:
- Item names, item numbers or codes, and descriptions of the uniform items included in the winning bid.
- Pricing details, including unit prices or price ranges, associated with each uniform item included in the winning bid.

If any / all of the info requested above is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
