Brevard Police Department, in compliance with NCGS 160A-168 and 132-6, please provide the following information in regard to Assistant Police Chief Shawn Miller since his hiring:

1. Date and type of each promotion, demotion, transfer, suspension, separation, or other change in position classification with that municipality.

2. Date and general description of the reasons for each promotion with that municipality.

3. Date and type of each dismissal, suspension, or demotion for disciplinary reasons taken by the municipality.

    I have attached a list of Shawn Miller’s dates and types of promotions. There have been no demotions, suspensions, transfers, separations, or other changes in position classification with Brevard other than the listed promotions attached. These are the only promotions. He was promoted because there were vacancies and he was chosen as the most qualified for that vacant position.
