Buncombe County – Employee promotions by Mandy Stone

Good Afternoon Buncombe County Gov,

I'd like to request to know the following information:

1a. How many employees from Department of Social Services and other departments were moved to management positions and given promotions by Mandy Stone after she was given the County Manager position without any formal application process.

1b. What were the employee names, pay, reason given for move? What were the employees' pay and titles before and after the move?

1c. Please provide the information in this format:

- Name, date, title, salary before and after and were the positions specifically created for the employees or did the position title already exists?

- Did the employees stay in the positions after Mandy Stone left? Why were they not moved back to original positions and the outrageous salary adjusted?

Thank you for your assistance!
