Buncombe County Schools Central Office Personnel

Editor’s Note 02/20/19: Although the request (above) has already been sent in to government, we are going to “Close” the request, and merge it with a very similar request that we received, and resend to Bunc. Co. Schools Central Office.

We received a very similar request  (to the above) on 02/15/19 related to ACS and Bunc. Co. Schools. That request has been “Closed” and merged into another related request. The request asked:

Subject: Asheville City Schools and Buncombe County Schools district office employees
Message: “Pursuant to NCGS Chapter 126, Article 7, I respectfully request the following information for all employees of the Asheville City Schools Central Office and Buncombe County District Office:

(1) Name
(2) Age
(3) Date of original employment
(4) Current position or work assignment
(5) Title
(6) Current salary
As noted in NCGS Chapter 126, Article 7, the term “salary” includes pay, benefits, incentives, bonuses, and deferred and all other forms of compensation paid by the employing entity

Thank you for helping!”

We also received a very similar request  (to the above) on 02/20/19 related to ACS. That request has been “Closed” and merged into the another request. The request asked:

Subject: Asheville City Schools Central Office salary records
Message: “Pursuant to NCGS Chapter 126, Article 7, I respectfully request the following information for all employees of the Asheville City Schools Central Office: (1) Name. (2) Age. (3) Date of original employment (4) Current position. (5) Title. (6) Current salary. As noted in NCGS Chapter 126, Article 7, the term “salary” includes pay, benefits, incentives, bonuses, and deferred and all other forms of compensation paid by the employing entity Thank you.”

Since the all the requests asks for similar info. related to ACS and BCS, rather than duplicate information and requests, we’re going to Close the above request, and merge it with the ACS / Bunc. County District office request. The message we send to ACS Central office and BCS District office will be as follows:

Subject: Asheville City Schools and Buncombe County Schools district office employees
Message: “Pursuant to NCGS Chapter 126, Article 7, I respectfully request the following information for all employees of the Asheville City Schools Central Office and Buncombe County District Office:

(1) Name
(2) Age
(3) Date of original employment
(4) Current position or work assignment
(5) Title
(6) Current salary
(7) Please include department heads and all of their direct reports.

As noted in NCGS Chapter 126, Article 7, the term “salary” includes pay, benefits, incentives, bonuses, and deferred and all other forms of compensation paid by the employing entity
