Case files, documents etc.

Hello! I would like to make a public records request to the County of Buncombe for ALL records and case documents for the hit and run killing of Mr. Jonathan B Hall (dob 11-2-1979), from the early morning of Feb 11, 2014 ..also the current status of Mr. Hernendaz?

The investigation currently involves a pending criminal matter and therefore we are not able to provide the requested documents. The respective district attorney’s office for Buncombe County would be the only avenue for you to have the files released. I apologize for not being able to fulfill this request at this time.
