De-escalation techniques documents issued to APD personnel as stated in APD manual section 402.8 Training

In the APD manual section 402.8 Training it states that all department members approved to carry a lethal or less lethal weapon will be issued copies of and be instructed in de-escalation techniques.

I would like to request a copy of the de-escalation techniques documents.
