Hello Buncombe County, NC Government,
I would like to make a public records request for the following information:
Please provide a list of all persons or organizations that have requested re-zoning of an [sic] property in Buncombe County in 2019. Please include all municipalities, and also whether requests were approved or declined, as well as the original and proposed zoning.

Please note that Buncombe County Planning does not enforce zoning requirements in the municipalities contained within Buncombe County (Weaverville, Woodfin, Black Mountain, Montreat, Biltmore Forest, and the City of Asheville).
