Good afternoon Cobb County Human Resources,
We’ve received a new public records request via our website for information that may be available in your office.
I work for a website called Sunshine Request www.sunshinerequest.com. We built a site that makes it easier to make public records requests by filling out a simple form, and the results of any requests are posted on our site. This allows citizens to learn more about our local government, while saving staff from having to fulfill duplicate requests. If you have any questions about the project, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to answer.
This request was originally sent in to the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office who told us: “In regards to part 1 letter A, our agency is not the custodian of the documents you are requesting. You will need to contact Cobb County Human Resources for this information.” The Sheriff’s Office will be handling the other parts of the request, but we have still sent you the original request in full.
Please confirm receipt to let us know the request will begin processing, and if possible, please provide a rough estimate of when the request may be completed. We will plan on following up again around that time.
