Hello City of Asheville, NC Government,
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:
Please provide copies of any COA correspondence sent from/to City Manager Debra Campbell, or her designees [unspecified], regarding updated policies for in-person staff training and development in light of Covid concerns.

I searched the accounts of the City Manager as well as the Assistant to the City Manager for various combinations of the keywords training, policy, Covid, coronavirus, and in person.
