(December 2022) Request for City of Eden, NC Government: All current employees, salaries, and “rates of pay”. As of present day.

Hello City of Eden, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

Please provide Employee Names, Salaries, and “Pay Rates” for ALL current City of Eden employees, as of the present day (date the query is performed). Please include the following:

1) Employee Name
2) Position / Title / Department
3) Current Salary (including hourly rate of pay / wage, or salary / yearly amount)

Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel format, if possible.

If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.

**If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**
