(December 2022) Request for Jackson County, NC Government: List of all Sheriff’s Department personnel and positions held. On 11/01/22 and 12/08/22. Or as of present day.

Hi Jackson County, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

A) Please provide a list of names of all law enforcement personnel and their positions held on November 1st, 2022. In Jackson County Sheriff's department.

B) Please provide a list of names of all law enforcement personnel and their positions held on December 8th, 2022. In Jackson County Sheriff's department.

If it is not possible to query the info in that way, then please provide responsive records “as of the present day” (date the query is performed).

If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.

Please note: I am not requesting to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain printed copies of, electronic records. In accordance with NC Public Records Law, I’m requesting explicitly that all responsive records be provided via an electronic medium / format (in which the records should already exist), such as an email, file share, google drive folder, mailed flash drive if necessary, etc.
