Downtown Circulator
Hi,
I would like to make a public records request for communications regarding the potential Downtown Circulator bus. Please include all e-mail or other written communications (or written records of verbal communications) between August of last year and this month that reference either a "downtown circulator" or a "parking shuttle" that occur either
* Among City staff
* Between City staff and the contractor Tindale Oliver
* Between either City staff or Tindale Oliver and any member of the Downtown Commission, the Downtown Commission's parking subcommittee, Multimodal Commission, Transit Committee, Transit Master Plan Steering Committee, or Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.
* Between City staff and anyone officially representing the Asheville Downtown Association or the Tourism Development Authority
If the systems do not allow you to do a reliable keyword search quickly, you're welcome to glomp all the transportation-related communications together and I'll pore over them manually for any relevant messages, whichever is most convenient for you.
