    When did the Commissioners approve and form this Task Force?  No Equality Task Force has been formed by the Board of Commissioners. Work that had been underway within Health and Human Services was reported out to the Board of Commissioners’ meetings in June 2016 and February 2017.  At the June meeting, HHS reported on the work financed by the Mobilizing Action for Resilient Communities Grant. There was additional follow up on the HHS work, including input from community members at the February 2017 meeting. 


    Who is on this Task Force and how were they selected? There is no Equality Task force.  There will be a review committee that is formed as part of the review process for funding request under the Isaac Coleman Investments Grants. This information will all be posted on a public website.

    What is the Equality Task Force’s meeting schedule and where do they meet?  There is no Equality Task Force. As work begins on the Request for Proposals specific to the funding Commissioners allocated in February, staff will build a public website with key information, meeting notices, funding decisions and eventually performance measures. A group of community and HHS representatives will be formed to review the funding proposals.

    Where can the minutes of the Equality Task Force meetings be found? There is no Equality Task Force.

    What are the financials associated with this Task Force?  There is no Equality Task Force. Specific to funds the Commissioner’s allocated in February, as noted above, once those funds are allocated and there are expenditures to report this information will be reported on a public facing website.
