(February 2021) Request for Rowan County, NC Government County directors who have resigned and retired since 2014

Hello Rowan County, NC Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide the total number of County directors [unspecified] who have retired or resigned since the hiring of Aaron Church (County Manager in 2014). Specifically, I'd like to request all responsive information during the time period of 01/01/2014 through 02/17/2021 (or the date the query is run).
