I’d like to make a public records request for information that may be available in your office.

Related to the proposed Boards and Commissions Restructuring –
1. In February 2022, two Focus Group meetings were conducted regarding the City’s Boards and Commissions structure.
A. Please provide all videos and audio recordings of those two meetings. Please provide any chat messages or transcriptions created during or after the meeting.
B. Please provide all meeting minutes, meeting notes, and any other documentation created by City Staff or any Member of Council related to those two meetings, whether they were created before, during, or after the meeting.

** All the responsive records requested for items 1A. 1B. should apply to the specific time period of 01/01/2022 through 02/28/22 (or as of the date the query is performed).
If the records are ultimately too large to send via emailed file share, I’d ask that you please create a public Google Drive folder / link or some other file format to transfer the files electronically.
