Hello Cleveland County, NC Government (Records Officer),
I’d like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law. Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
First -- I'd like to acknowledge that a similar request was completed by your office in the past week. (You can see that request at the following URL: https://www.sunshinerequest.com/records_request/january-2023-request-for-cleveland-county-nc-government-all-electronic-communications-between-commissioners-county-manager-and-american-legion-world-series-personnel-05-03-22-07-29-22/ ). My new request today is slightly different, in that there is now a different time period being requested, as well as additional people named in the request.

My new request is not keyword or subject specific — I’d like “ALL electronic communications” exchanged between the following entities during the time period specified:
Please provide all electronic communications [Text Messages, Emails, Voicemails, etc.] sent to, from, and between, any and all of the Cleveland County Commissioners (current and former), former County Managers, and local American Legion World Series / CLEVELAND COUNTY ALWS BASEBALL, INC representatives. During the specific time period of January 01, 2022 through September 01, 2022.
I am not requesting to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain printed copies of, electronic records. In accordance with NC Public Records Law, I’m requesting explicitly that all responsive records be provided via an electronic medium / format (in which the records should already exist), such as an email, file share, google drive folder, mailed flash drive if necessary, etc.
**I do not have any additional or further clarifying information I wish to provide. If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**
