The following request is related to Onslow County EMS. For all items below, the responsive time period requested is to cover the calendar year 2025 (01/01/25 - 12/31/25). I am explicitly asking that you please do not provide me with any personally identifying information about patients, addresses, case numbers etc. I am only looking for overall totals:
A. Count of budgeted FTE compared to vacant FTE, by month.
B. Count of actual daily staffed ambulances, not just scheduled.
C. Average and 90th percentile response time, broken down by EMD card number and by Omega, Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo.
D. Count of mutual aid requests, including camp lejeune, by day of week.
E. Cardiac arrest survival count.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record already exists). If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **
