  The Office of the District Attorney for the 28th Prosecutorial District (DA’s Office) is within the structure of the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC). For FY2018, Buncombe County is contracted with AOC for $416,312 for services provided by the DA’s Office. The following amounts were provided in previous years:

   

  2010: $137,562.18

  2011: $147,279.53

  2012: $152,245.84

  2013: $164,049.28

  2014: $167,546.40

  2015: $80,622.69

  2016: $201,345.87

  2017: $231,584.12
