Ingles Loan – Were Buncombe County Jobs created?
In 2011 buncombe county commissioners approved 100.000.000 dollar loan for the grocery chain INGLES to build a warehouse. How many jobs were created due to this loan in buncombe county? Was Wanda Green the one who proposed this loan.? Sounds like a high roller scam to me. What about all the other people who need loans for their business they have to go the BANK.
