I’d like to make a public records request for information that may be available in your office. If you’re not the appropriate party to contact about the request, please provide the correct name and email address of whom I should send it to.

1. Please provide any and all of your Office’s communications (texts, emails, calls, etc.) that match the following search criteria during the specific time period of 01/01/2013 through 09/04/2013:
* Communications with Trenton (Trent) Testa.
* Communications with James (Jim) Testa.
* Communications with Wallace Cheves.
* Communications with Darrell Hardin.
2. Please provide any and all of your Office’s emails communications that match the following search criteria during the specific time period of 01/01/2013 through 09/04/2013:
** Any and all emails that contain at least one of each of the following terms:
– Project Schoolhouse
– Catawba
– Sky Boat
– Skyboat
– Blue Sky Companies
– Jackpot Gaming
– Roadside
– CHT Enterprises

As relates to emails – please provide any .pdfs, other files, attachments, videos, hyperlinks, etc. that are indicated or referenced within the responsive records. For example: A .pdf that is an attachment within an email, should also be provided as a file along with the responsive emails. Or, a link should be provided so that the file can be opened.
