(January 2023) Multi-part request for City of Concord, NC Government: Employee base salaries as of present day. And overtime paid in 2022.

Hello City of Concord, NC Government (Records Officer),

I’d like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

A. Please provide a list of ALL current City of Concord, NC employees and their base yearly salaries, as of 01/25/2023 (or on the date the query is performed). Please include the following:

1) Name of employee
2) Original hire date
3) Current department
4) Current position
5) Current salary

B. Please also provide a list of all overtime paid to each employee for the calendar year 2022 (January 01, 2022 - December 31, 2022).

Ideally, I’d like to receive the responsive records in an Excel format, if possible.

If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.

Please Note: I am not requesting to come in person to inspect, nor to obtain printed copies of, electronic records. In accordance with NC Public Records Law, I’m requesting explicitly that all responsive records be provided via an electronic medium / format (in which the records should already exist), such as an email, file share, google drive folder, mailed flash drive if necessary, etc.

**If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law.**

Please do not commingle or treat that as an alteration or cancellation of my request – I intend to continue to pursue my request.

Please note that I cannot commit to pay any potential fees / associated costs related to any request. If it is not possible to process the request without incurring fees, then please let me know the itemized potential cost before you proceed.

Thank you for your assistance!
