  I do not have an electronic record of only allocated bourbons ordered. Orders placed are kept on hard copy in the office. I do keep electronic records of items received and all items sold. Would you be interested in one of these reports instead? Both are large files. The items sold in each store in the state is also available through NABCA.

  Allocated items are allocated. Meaning, Raleigh tells us if, when and how many we can or will get. Raleigh has a list of allocated products for every store in NC. However, because it says we are allocated a product, or even regular products we order, does not guarantee we received the product.

   

  Future information may be delayed due to the End of year processes and currently updating to a new software system by the end of the month. The delay should take no more than 90 days.
