Related to the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) RFP 24-10: “PRE-CONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR INTERSTATE 680/STATE ROUTE 4 INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS PHASES 2A (CM OPTIONAL) AND 4"
