Please provide the total number of arrests by year for all Driving While Impaired arrests by the City of Asheville Police Department or any other law enforcement agency within a 5-mile radius of the Wedge Brewing Company, 37 Paynes Way, Asheville, North Carolina, 28801, from 2012 to present.
