(July 2020) Request for building plans and renovations at Vance Monument in Asheville, NC

Hello City of Asheville, NC City Government,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information. The responsive records should be accurate as of 07/06/20:

1) If available, please provide the original building plans and schematics for the Vance Monument. I do not need proposals, if you can find the completed schematics. I believe the monument was built in 1896, and was designed by Richard Sharp Smith, in Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina.

2) I'd also like to request the renovation plans and schematics from 2015. I do not need articles or emails, just materials, schematics, and plans. Please let Sunshine Request know if you need any clarifying information in order to process the request.

    Please confirm receipt to let us know the request will begin processing, and if possible, please provide a rough estimate of when the request may be completed. We will plan on following up again around that time.
