(July 2021) Request for Haywood County, NC Schools: Employee salaries and benefits 2014-2015

Hello Haywood County, NC Schools,

I’d like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law:

Please provide all salaries and benefits for all Haywood County School employees received for the school year 2014-2015 for all salaried, full-time, part-time and any contracted employees of Haywood County Schools. Please include the following:

First name
Last name
Position title
Department
Annual salary / benefits given
First date of employment with Haywood County Schools

If possible, please provide this information in spreadsheet format (e.g. CSV) so that the information may be sorted.

Please note that we are not making a FOIA request. We are making a public records request under NC Public records law NCGS 132, under which there is no provision requiring an individual to provide a name or address with a public records request (Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html).
