Hello NC Dept. of Insurance (Records Officer),
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

Please provide all reports submitted by NCDO's Bail Bond Regulatory Division, as required by NCGS § 93B-2, since the inception of the statute [date unspecified] to present day (date the query is performed). Per § 93B-2 the reports should also include all specific reasons why every bail bond licensed was denied.

We have recently received another records request on our website asking for additional info related to the above (including details about the “third-party vendor” you’ve referenced). However, in order to reduce duplication of efforts / information, we are not going to send in a new request until after the request above has been completed.
