I need help locating the employment contract for Eddie Stuart who is the Vice chancellor at UNC-Wilmington. Specifically, I would like to see any incentives or bonus opportunities that would be within his employment contract. Eddie has been employed at UNC-Wilmington for over 22 years. He has been the vice chancellor for approximately 10 years now. Please let me know if there is any other information you need from me.

Or, are you looking for “All incentives / bonuses that Mr. Stuart has received from 07/01/13 – 07/01/23 (or present day)” ?Those differentiations in wording would each make very different requests than if you’re only asking to receive a “copy of the current employment contract”, or if you’d just to know what “Incentives and bonus opportunities Mr. Stuart is able to receive currently”. Clarifying this info will help to greatly narrow the scope, and will also reduce the amount of time it may take UNC-Wilmington to process the request.

Please specify the exact type of records you’d like to receive, rather than any “possible” or “potential” info that could be searched. Remember that the larger your request, the more time it usually takes to fulfill. Specificity will often help reduce the amount of time needed to process the request.
It is important that a request has a clearly written and complete Subject and Message, and also specifies the Government Entity (or entities), City and/or County, and State to which the request should be sent. If applicable, please also include any responsive timelines for the info that should be requested.
