I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

1. Please provide a copy of any termination letter for Major R. Daryl Fisher from the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office during the time period 03/01/20 - 06/12/20.

2. Please provide any communications within or from the Buncombe County Sheriff's Office during the time period 03/01/20 - 06/12/20 referencing the termination of Major Fisher.

    Here’s what I have in response to these questions:

     

    1. Please provide a copy of any termination letter for Major R. Daryl Fisher from the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office during the time period 03/01/20 – 06/12/20.

     

    There is no dismissal (termination) letter in Mr. Fisher’s county personnel file.

     

    2. Please provide any communications within or from the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office during the time period 03/01/20 – 06/12/20 referencing the termination of Major Fisher.

     

    There are no records responsive to this request.
