(June 2021) Request for City of St. Louis, MO building permits issue 07/29/2014 – 09/18/2019 and 09/29/1988 – 08/28/2019

Hello City of St. Louis, MO Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a multi-part public records request for the following information:

1) Please provide a copy of each Building Permit issued from 07/29/2014 through 09/18/2019 for the property located at: 1528 Locust St., St. Louis, MO

Ideally, I would ideally like to receive the documents in PDF format. Also -- If this information is already publicly available online, please provide a link to the info requested.

2) Please provide a copy of each Building Permit issued from 09/29/1988 through 08/28/2019 for the properties located at:

1601 Locust St., St. Louis, MO
1602 Locust St., St. Louis, MO
1603 Locust St., St. Louis, MO
1604 Locust St., St. Louis, MO
1605 Locust St., St. Louis, MO

Ideally, I would like to receive the documents in PDF format. Also -- If this information is already publicly available online, please provide a link to the info requested.

Thank you for your message. Can you please provide a link to where on the City’s site the searchable building permits are located? Once I have that on hand I will go ahead and mark this request as completed.

The Recorder of Deeds office does not record and store building permits. Building permits are searchable by address by accessing the City’s website and searching building permits.

You can also contact the Building Division at 314-622-3313.
