Hello Buncombe County, NC Government (Records Officer),
I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

The June 07 County Commissioners meeting consent agenda includes an approval of the MINUTES OF BUNCOMBE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ SPECIAL MEETING OF MAY 10, 2022. Those meeting minutes contain references to a Financial Performance Indicator of Concerns (FPIC), a response letter and a corrective action plan that must be presented to the Local Government Commission (LGC).
With this in mind – I’d like to request that you please provide copies of the following, ideally as .pdf files or in any electronic file formats they exist:
A. The FPIC document itself.
B. The FPIC response letter.
C. The corrective action plan.
** I do not have additional info to provide, and I do not wish to further narrow or clarify this request. If you are unable to fulfill any or all parts of this request, please specifically cite where a reason for denial is justified under NC Public Records Law. **
