(June 2022) Request for City of Asheville, NC Government: Additional Compensation for “High-Level Staff” 06/01/2020 – present day

Hello City of Asheville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law.

This request is related to “City of Asheville additional compensation for High-Level Staff”.

Please provide records of any retention bonus or additional compensation above and beyond the listed annual salary received from June 01, 2020 through present day (date the query is performed) by the following:

- All City employees at the department head or assistant department head level
- The City Manager, Attorney and Clerk
- All Asheville Police personnel ranked Captain or above

To clarify, I am requesting records describing additional compensation regardless of how it is labeled. This may include, but should not be limited to: "quality of service" bonuses, discretionary bonuses, performance based incentives, overtime, retention bonuses, or any other compensation that exceeds the base salary for an employee.
