Please reply promptly to the public records request below, which is being made in accordance with NC Public Records Law. https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html
You have fulfilled a similar request for me before.
Please provide the Dates and Types of all Alexander County, NC employee Demotions, Departures, Transfers, Disciplinary Actions, Terminations, and Demotions for Disciplinary Reasons. During the period of 01/01/2023 through 06/01/2025.
- Please include a General Description, Reason, and Actions taken, for each of these Types of events.
- Please include each employee’s First / Last Name and their Job title.
Ideally, I’d like to receive these records in an Excel, PDF, or other machine-readable format. If any / all of this info is already publicly available online, please provide a link to where it can be accessed.
** I’m simply requesting an electronic copy of an electronic record, if one exists. I’m NOT asking for the opportunity to come in person to “inspect”, nor to obtain a printed copy of, this electronic record. I’m requesting explicitly that any responsive info be provided to me via the electronic medium / electronic format (in which the copy of this record should already exist).
