Liquidated Damages Assessed on the Transit Contract

Good morning! The current contract between the City of Asheville and RATP Dev for management of the ART transit system includes specifications for liquidated damages to be applied if the contractor does not meet performance standards. Please provide a list of all liquidated damages that have been assessed or collected since the beginning of this contract, including the date, amount, and reason for the liquidated damage. Thank you!
