I would like to know if Lisa Eby was moved to her position as the HR/Community Relations Manager through a formal hiring process or if she was promoted without other applications being solicited.

If a formal process was used, how long was the application open? Where was it posted? How many other applications were received? How many other applicants were interviewed? How many people were on the interview team? Who?

    Human Resources records show that on July 27, 2017 Ms. Eby was transferred with position to Human Resources. On August 10, 2017 Ms. Eby’s position was reclassified to Human Resources Director. There are no further records responsive to this request.
