Hello Huntersville, NC Government or Police Department,

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information:

1. Please provide the Huntersville, NC Police Department policy regarding department (town owned) issued cellular telephones, and a complete listing of any and all officers who may possess a department issued cellular telephone.[Editor's Note: The requestor indicated that the responsive records should also include a timeline of 01/01/2019 - 03/20/2020].

2. Please provide the Huntersville Police Department social media policy, including specific rules regarding officers posting information or pictures that identify them as a Huntersville Police Officer.” [Editor's Note: The requestor indicated that the responsive records should also include a timeline of 01/01/2018 - 03/01/2020].
