  As required by North Carolina General Statute Chapter 132 and the North Carolina Public Records Act, this letter is a response to your request for access to public records, which was received by this office on March 10th, 2020. You specifically request the following: “Please provide the current salary, current job title, and any certifications held by Deputy Charles Jones.”, “Please provide your policy on the use of social media (both on and off duty).”, and “Please provide your policy on code of conduct for a deputy (both on and off duty).”. The responsive information relevant to this request are for the dates of 03/04/20 – 03/06/20.
