(March 2022) Request for City of Hendersonville, NC Government: List of employees for 2021 or present day

Hello City of Hendersonville, NC Government (Records Officer),

I'd like to make a public records request for the following information under NC Public Records Law
Ref: https://www.ncleg.net/enactedlegislation/statutes/html/bychapter/chapter_132.html

Please provide a list of all Hendersonville, NC employees for the year 2021. If it is not possible to query the records by date in that way, then please provide these records as of “present day” [date the query is performed].

I am not requesting salaries – I just want a list of all employees. Please include the following information:

- Name of employee
- Department
- Position

If possible, please provide this information in Excel format or compatible.
